Who You Will Teach

You will be teaching Economics to students from classes 11 to 12 at Scholars International School Kangra in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. Our students come from diverse backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to work with students from all walks of life.
Key Responsibilities
================
- Develop and implement engaging Economics lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students.
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Foster a love for Economics among our students and encourage them to think critically and analytically.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students who require extra help.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary curricula and projects.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Economics and incorporate them into your teaching.
- Encourage students to participate in Economics-related extracurricular activities.
Eligibility Criteria
================
To be considered for this role, you must have a post-graduate degree in Economics or a related field. You should also have a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree and preferably have cleared the CTET or TET exam. With a minimum of 4 years of teaching experience, you will be well-equipped to handle the demands of teaching Economics to our students.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative lesson plans.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
