PRT Dance Teacher Job in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh | School Recruitment
Ramaya World School in Dera Gopipur, Kangra, is seeking an experienced PRT Dance Teacher to join our vibrant dance program immediately. Our students thrive in a nurturing environment where creativity meets discipline, and we’re looking for someone who can bring passion and expertise to our dance curriculum.
The role involves teaching a variety of dance forms, including classical, folk, and contemporary styles, tailored to different age groups. You’ll conduct daily classes, prepare lesson plans, and foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Assisting in school events like cultural fests and dance performances is also part of the responsibility. Ensuring students develop proper technique, rhythm, and confidence through hands-on training is key. Collaborating with the principal and other teachers to integrate dance into broader school activities is essential. Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback is a critical aspect of the job. Maintaining a well-organized dance studio and equipment is also part of your duties.
Applicants must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least two years of teaching experience in Dance Teaching Job in Kangra. A graduate degree in dance or a related field is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly advantageous.
This PRT Dance Teacher position offers a competitive salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.26,000 per month, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
