Non-Teaching Teacher (NTT) Position for English at Modern Learning Hub, Solan
Modern Learning Hub in Solan seeks a dedicated English teacher to join its Non-Teaching Teacher (NTT) team. This role focuses on delivering engaging English language instruction across various grades, fostering literacy and communication skills. The teacher will prepare lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, ensuring interactive and age-appropriate teaching methods.
Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, assessing student progress, and adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Collaboration with other teachers and school management will enhance curriculum delivery and student development. The role emphasizes creativity in lesson design while maintaining high academic standards.
A graduate degree in English or a related field is mandatory. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is preferred, along with a TET/CTET certificate for better teaching credibility. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in English, is essential for this position. The salary for this full-time role is Rs.18,000 to Rs.25,000 per month.
