PGT Mathematics Teacher Position at Modern Learning Hub in Solan
Modern Learning Hub in Solan is seeking a dedicated PGT Mathematics Teacher to join their esteemed school faculty. This role is ideal for an experienced educator passionate about shaping young minds in advanced mathematical concepts, preparing students for higher education and real-world problem-solving.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to senior students, designing engaging lesson plans aligned with the latest curriculum standards, and fostering a strong foundation in algebra, geometry, calculus, and applied mathematics. You will also assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with teachers to ensure cohesive academic growth. Additionally, you will participate in extracurricular activities like math clubs, competitions, and workshops to enhance learning beyond the classroom. Maintaining high standards of classroom management, ensuring safety and discipline, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs will be part of your daily responsibilities.
To qualify, you must hold a postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field with at least four years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential, along with a strong command of the subject matter. Experience in using digital tools and innovative teaching techniques will be highly valued. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this position, it is a significant asset.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary of Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 55,000 per month, along with the opportunity to contribute to a vibrant educational environment in Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
