Modern Learning Hub in Solan seeks a dedicated TGT English Teacher to join their dynamic team. The role offers a chance to inspire young minds with literature, grammar, and communication skills while contributing to a nurturing academic environment.
You will plan and deliver engaging English lessons across grades, ensuring alignment with the curriculum while adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs. Your responsibilities will include designing interactive workshops on poetry, storytelling, and critical reading to enhance language proficiency. Assessing student progress through formative evaluations and providing constructive feedback will be a key part of your role.
Engaging parents through regular communication and workshops will help build strong partnerships. You will also organize extracurricular activities like debates, elocution contests, and cultural events to foster creativity and confidence. Keeping up with educational trends and incorporating modern teaching tools like digital resources and multimedia presentations will keep lessons fresh and effective.
Collaborating with other teachers to create cohesive learning experiences is essential. Maintaining a well-organized classroom with necessary materials and ensuring safety and discipline are also priorities. You will participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development sessions to stay updated on best practices.
Modern Learning Hub values experienced educators who can inspire students while fostering a supportive school culture. A postgraduate degree in English or a related field, along with four years of teaching experience, is required. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
