Responsibilities
Plan and conduct physical education lessons for middle and secondary classes, ensuring each session meets the school's standards for safety and participation.
Supervise and coach school sports teams, arrange inter‑school competitions and manage equipment inventories.
Assess student performance through practical evaluations and maintain accurate records of attendance and progress.
Promote a culture of fitness and healthy lifestyle among students through extracurricular events and health awareness initiatives.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate qualification in Physical Education or related field.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed is essential; TET/CTET qualification is preferred.
Minimum two years of teaching experience in a school setting.
Salary
Rs.17,000 – Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
