PGT Accountancy Teacher Position at The Elixir School in Anantnag
The Elixir School in Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir, invites experienced educators to join as a PGT Accountancy Teacher in its East Mattan campus. This role focuses on shaping students’ understanding of financial principles through structured classroom instruction and practical applications.
You will design and deliver advanced accountancy lessons, covering topics like financial accounting, taxation, and auditing, ensuring alignment with the curriculum. Daily classroom management includes engaging students, assessing their progress, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Collaborate with senior faculty to develop syllabus content, participate in departmental planning sessions, and mentor junior teachers in accountancy pedagogy. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and subject-specific assessments. Attend institutional workshops to stay updated on teaching methodologies and educational reforms.
To qualify, hold a postgraduate degree in Accountancy or a related commerce stream with at least three years of teaching experience. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, along with a valid TET/CTET certificate.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month in Anantnag East Mattan.
