PGT Chemistry Teacher Position at The Elixir School in Anantnag
The Elixir School in Anantnag is seeking a dedicated PGT Chemistry Teacher to join their team in the Chemistry department. This role involves teaching high school students across grades 11 and 12, ensuring they grasp core chemical principles while preparing them for board exams and future academic pursuits.
Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging chemistry lessons, maintaining accurate records of student progress, and collaborating with the curriculum team to align teaching methods with national education standards. Hands-on lab work and practical demonstrations will also form a key part of your duties, helping students apply theoretical concepts in real-world scenarios.
To qualify, you must hold a postgraduate degree in Chemistry along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of three years of teaching experience in chemistry at the secondary level is required. While TET/CTET certifications are not mandatory, they will be considered favorably if held.
The position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment in Anantnag’s East Mattan area.
