The teacher will design and deliver age‑appropriate Hindi lessons for classes 6 to 8, incorporating literature, grammar, and creative writing. Classroom management and the creation of a positive learning environment are essential, as is the use of multimedia resources to enhance comprehension. Assessment of student progress through quizzes, assignments, and periodic tests will be conducted, with feedback provided to students and parents. The role also includes participating in faculty meetings, contributing to curriculum development, and collaborating with peers on interdisciplinary projects. Attendance and punctuality are expected, and the teacher will maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student behavior. The position requires occasional involvement in school events, cultural programs, and extra‑curricular activities that promote Hindi language and culture.
Qualification and experience
The successful candidate must hold a graduate degree and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of three years’ teaching experience in a school setting is required. Preference will be given to those with TET or CTET certification, although it is not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate strong command over Hindi, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom. A background in developing creative teaching materials and using technology in instruction will be advantageous.
