- A valid B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a reputable school.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with the curriculum and pedagogy of English language teaching.
