PRT (Practicing Teacher) Position for EVS at New Whiz Kids High School, Anantnag
New Whiz Kids High School in Anantnag seeks a dedicated PRT (Practicing Teacher) to teach Environmental Studies (EVS) to students. This role focuses on fostering hands-on learning through practical activities, field trips, and classroom discussions to instill ecological awareness.
The PRT will design engaging lesson plans that align with school curriculum standards, ensuring students grasp concepts like biodiversity, sustainability, and environmental conservation. Daily classroom management, including student engagement and behavior support, will be a key responsibility.
A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in EVS or related subjects, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this role, it will be an advantage.
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000, with the position being full-time. The role is based in Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir.
