TGT Urdu Teacher Job in Shangas, Anantnag
Rising Institute Of Scientific Education in Shangas, Anantnag, invites applications for the position of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Urdu. This role focuses on delivering high-quality language education to students in the school’s Urdu stream, fostering cultural appreciation and linguistic proficiency. The teacher will work closely with young learners to develop their communication skills, grammar, and literary understanding while aligning with the curriculum standards of the region.
The TGT Urdu Teacher will design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning levels. Daily teaching duties include delivering structured classes, using interactive teaching methods, and assessing student progress through oral and written evaluations. The role also involves mentoring students in extracurricular Urdu activities, such as recitations, poetry sessions, and cultural events, to enhance their cultural awareness. Collaboration with the subject coordinator ensures that teaching strategies align with institutional goals, particularly in promoting Urdu as a medium of instruction.
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Urdu or an equivalent field with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of two years of teaching experience in Urdu or a related subject is required. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a strong command of Urdu language, both written and spoken, and demonstrate adaptability in handling classroom dynamics.
