Evaluate student performance through regular tests, assignments and project work, providing constructive feedback and remedial support where needed. Coordinate with the science department to integrate interdisciplinary projects, such as environmental studies linked to the region’s flora and fauna. Participate in parent‑teacher meetings, school events and extracurricular activities, especially those related to biology clubs or nature walks. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and laboratory inventories as part of the School PGT Zoology Opening duties. Qualification and experience
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Zoology along with B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification. TET or CTET qualification is preferred to strengthen teaching credentials. A minimum of one year of teaching experience at the senior secondary level is required.
