To qualify, hold a postgraduate degree in Physics along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial. Four years of teaching experience, preferably in high school or equivalent settings, is essential. A passion for physics education and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners are key requirements.
