4. Recruit and manage dance instructors and staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
5. Collaborate with the school administration to plan and execute dance-related events and activities.
6. Ensure adherence to school policies and protocols, maintaining the highest standards of discipline and conduct.
7. Foster relationships with local dance schools, colleges, and institutions to expand the school's dance network.
8. Monitor and evaluate the dance program's effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must possess a postgraduate degree in dance or a related field, and have at least three years of experience in dance administration or leadership. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is desirable, but not essential. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, is required.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with local dance traditions and styles, particularly those of Jammu and Kashmir
