Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Post-graduate degree in Hindi or related subject
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution
- TET/CTET certification (not mandatory but preferred)
Good to Have:
- Experience in teaching Hindi to classes 6 to 12
- Knowledge of local languages (Kashmiri, Dogri)
- Familiarity with curriculum design and implementation
