To thrive in this role, you should be a passionate educator with a postgraduate degree in Political Science or a related field. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is a must, and TET/CTET qualifications are highly preferred. You should have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience and be able to handle classes with students of varying ages and abilities.
