A post‑graduate degree (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com, MBA or equivalent) is mandatory. Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in academic administration within a school setting. B.Ed/D.El.Ed is preferred for understanding pedagogic processes, and TET/CTET qualification will be an added advantage. Strong command of English and Hindi, along with excellent organizational skills, is essential.
