For this PRT English Teacher position, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is mandatory. A graduate degree in English or related field is preferred, along with proficiency in using educational software and digital tools. Strong communication skills, creativity in lesson planning, and a passion for inclusive education are essential. Basic knowledge of Jammu’s regional dialects can be an asset.
