Engage students in group discussions, storytelling, and language games to enhance participation. Maintain a structured yet flexible classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence in speaking Hindi.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and update teaching resources like worksheets, storybooks, and audio-visual aids to support Hindi learning. Collaborate with the principal and subject coordinators to integrate Hindi curriculum goals with broader school activities. Participate in weekly planning meetings to refine lesson strategies and assess student progress. Ensure compliance with school policies on language standards and assessment practices.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend termly teacher development workshops focused on Hindi pedagogy and modern teaching techniques. Conduct periodic student evaluations to identify strengths and areas needing improvement, then adjust teaching methods accordingly. Prepare termly progress reports on student performance in Hindi, sharing insights with parents and school management.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with a minimum of three years of teaching experience. Possess a valid TET/CTET certificate, though not mandatory for this role. A graduate degree in Hindi or related field is preferred. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are essential, along with a passion for fostering linguistic growth in diverse learners.
Salary and Location
