About This Role
At International Delhi Public School Ghou Manhasan, we are looking for an experienced PRT Science Teacher to join our team in Jammu, Jammu And Kashmir.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver engaging science lessons to students of various grade levels.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Stay updated with curriculum developments and best practices in science education.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the school's academic and co-curricular activities.
- Assist in maintaining the school's science laboratory and equipment.
- Supervise students during science experiments and activities.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years of experience in teaching science to students of various age groups.
- Strong knowledge of the science curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Good to Have
- CTET or TET certification would be an added advantage.
- Experience in teaching students with special needs would be beneficial.
