Role Summary
Experienced PRT Science Teacher required for Unique Sr. Sec. School in Jammu, Jammu And Kashmir. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Science subjects to students from class 6 to 12.
What You Will Do
- Teach Science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology to students from class 6 to 12.
- Prepare and teach Science curriculum as per the CBSE syllabus.
- Conduct periodic assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress.
- Develop and implement Science teaching methods to improve student engagement and understanding.
- Coordinate with other Science teachers to plan and deliver Science projects and activities.
- Coach students for Science board exams and prepare them for Science Olympiads.
- Participate in Science fairs and exhibitions to promote Science education and awareness.
- Develop and maintain a well-equipped Science laboratory to facilitate hands-on learning.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Science education and incorporate them into teaching practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Who Can Apply
- Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or a related field.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Science teacher in a school setting.
- Preference will be given to candidates with TET or CTET certification.
- Strong understanding of the CBSE Science curriculum and assessment methods.
