Required Qualifications
* Post-graduate degree with a specialization in physical education or sports management
* B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification for teaching positions (not required for this role)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sports administration, coaching, or management
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
* Proven experience in sports event management and coordination
* Knowledge of sports-related laws and regulations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Familiarity with sports-related software and technology
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position will be Rs.18,000 - Rs.35,000 per month. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
