2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the school, in line with the Board of Directors' vision.
3. Manage the school's budget, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
4. Supervise and mentor the school's administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
5. Coordinate with the school's Academic Committee to develop and implement the curriculum, ensuring that it aligns with the Board of Directors' goals.
6. Oversee the school's infrastructure and maintenance, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and up-to-date.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups, parents, and guardians, promoting a positive image of the school.
8. Collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure that the school's goals and objectives are met, and that the institution is running in accordance with the Board's vision.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. Preference will be given to candidates who have also completed the TET or CTET.
