Maintain accurate records of attendance, marks, and lesson plans as per school policies. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events to strengthen community engagement.
Assist in the development of teaching aids, models, and digital resources for Biology instruction. Stay updated with latest CBSE guidelines and incorporate them into classroom teaching.
Conduct remedial classes for students needing extra support in Biology concepts. Encourage participation in Olympiads and science fests to build confidence and academic excellence.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Biology or Life Sciences from a recognized university is mandatory. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required for teaching eligibility in Jammu and Kashmir.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the middle and high school level is necessary. TET or CTET certification will be considered an added advantage during selection.
