4. Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
5. Prepare students for board examinations and internal assessments.
6. Organize periodic parent-teacher meetings at Unique Sr. Sec. School.
7. Integrate digital tools for interactive Chemistry teaching.
8. Participate in school events and academic fairs.
9. Collaborate with the science department on curriculum updates.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry
- B.Ed from a recognized institution
- 3 years of Chemistry teaching experience in a school
- Fluency in English and Hindi
Good to Have
- D.El.Ed or equivalent
- TET or CTET certification
- Experience with CBSE/ICSE curriculum
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and classroom management
- Ability to simplify complex chemical concepts
- Experience using smart boards and digital labs
- Willingness to mentor students beyond regular hours
- Knowledge of local student learning patterns
