Your expertise in designing and implementing sports programs, including team games, individual disciplines, and fitness training, will be central to this role.
The job responsibilities include:
- Conducting daily physical education classes, ensuring adherence to the school’s curriculum and national standards.
- Designing and supervising extracurricular sports events, tournaments, and inter-house competitions to foster team spirit and fair play.
- Assessing students’ physical abilities through standardized tests and providing constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Collaborating with other teachers to integrate sports activities into academic projects and co-curricular programs.
- Maintaining well-equipped sports facilities and ensuring their proper upkeep for safe and effective use.
- Mentoring students who excel in sports, helping them pursue higher-level competitions and representing the school at district/national levels.
- Preparing lesson plans, training manuals, and activity sheets that align with evolving educational and sports development trends.
- Engaging with parents and guardians to discuss students’ progress in physical education and sports participation.
