Share insights on student development during scheduled parent interactions. Offer guidance on how parents can support their children’s dance practice at home. Address any concerns regarding class participation or progress in a timely manner.
Department Coordination
Collaborate with other PRT staff to integrate dance activities with broader school events such as cultural festivals and inter‑school competitions. Contribute ideas for interdisciplinary projects that combine dance with music, drama, or visual arts.
Professional Development
Stay updated with contemporary dance styles and teaching methodologies. Attend workshops or seminars to enhance instructional skills and bring fresh content to the classroom.
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate degree in any discipline. Minimum of two years teaching experience in a school setting. B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and manage a diverse classroom.
