PRT Music Teacher Position at Kashmir Public School (Handwara, Kupwara)
Kashmir Public School | Unisoo invites a dedicated PRT Music Teacher to join their team in Handwara, Kupwara. This role focuses on delivering structured music education to students, blending traditional and contemporary musical elements. The teacher will conduct live instrumental or vocal lessons, organize group activities, and ensure alignment with school music curriculum standards.
The successful candidate will lead classroom sessions, manage student participation in school musical events, and collaborate with the principal to enhance the school’s cultural programs. Hands-on experience in teaching music to children, especially in a rural or mountainous region, will be highly valued.
To qualify, hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, with at least two years of teaching experience in music. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be considered favorably. The monthly salary for this position is Rs.14,000 to Rs.25,000, with full-time employment in a supportive and inclusive school environment.
