Daily Responsibilities

Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to help them grasp scientific concepts effectively. Collaborate with students to conduct simple experiments and observations, encouraging practical application of theoretical knowledge.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum while incorporating innovative teaching methods. Assess student performance through continuous evaluation, including quizzes, projects, and practical assessments. Act as a subject mentor, guiding students in understanding complex scientific theories and applications. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies, curriculum updates, and student performance trends.
Periodic Responsibilities
Coordinate with the science lab staff to ensure proper maintenance and availability of lab equipment for practical sessions. Organize science-related extracurricular activities, such as workshops, science fairs, or field trips, to enhance learning beyond the classroom. Review and update teaching resources, textbooks, and laboratory manuals to ensure they remain relevant and up-to-date with scientific advancements.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Science with a specialization in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology. Possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree. Minimum two years of teaching experience in a science-related role, preferably at the secondary or higher secondary level. Familiarity with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) and state-specific science syllabi is a plus.
Salary and Location
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from Rs.22,000 to Rs.42,000. The position is based in Pampore, Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir, with the opportunity to contribute to an inclusive and dynamic educational environment.
