Responsibilities
Teach English as the primary subject to students in the National Teacher Training (NTT) program at Brilliant Minds Innovative School. Develop engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum while ensuring clear communication of grammar, vocabulary, and literary concepts.
Deliver structured classes using interactive methods, including group discussions, role-playing, and multimedia presentations, to enhance student engagement. Monitor student progress through regular assessments, such as quizzes, writing tasks, and oral presentations, to identify areas needing improvement.
Prepare and maintain lesson materials, including worksheets, reading passages, and handouts, to support classroom instruction. Collaborate with other teachers to share best practices and resources for improving English teaching quality in the school.
Eligibility
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline as the minimum qualification. Possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) for formal teaching certification.
Experience in teaching English to students in the NTT program is required, with at least two years of relevant classroom experience. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, having either certification will be an advantage.
Salary and Employment Details
The selected candidate will be offered a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs.14,500 to Rs.28,000. The role is based in Zainapora, Shopian, Jammu And Kashmir, providing a stable environment for professional growth and development.
