Qualification
A postgraduate degree in Chemistry or a related field is mandatory for this role. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential for teaching certification. While TET/CTET is not mandatory for this position, holding either certification will be an asset. Experience in teaching chemistry at the senior secondary level is preferred.
Experience
The successful candidate should have at least four years of relevant teaching experience, ideally in a school setting. Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, assessment techniques, and alignment with national curriculum standards is highly valued. Experience in conducting practical chemistry sessions or research projects will be beneficial.
Compensation
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.40,000 to Rs.50,000, along with other benefits as per school policy.
