Regularly assessing student understanding through quizzes, projects, and assignments will help track progress and guide future lesson planning.
Maintaining discipline and fostering a positive classroom culture is essential. You’ll also participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and curriculum reviews to ensure alignment with educational standards. Keeping up-to-date with new teaching tools and educational trends will help you deliver innovative lessons that inspire students.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least two years of teaching experience. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, along with a TET/CTET certificate preferred. The salary for this position ranges from Rs.14,500 to Rs.28,000 per month, with the role based in Zainapora, Shopian, Jammu And Kashmir.
