Periodic responsibilities include preparing end-of-term assessments and reports. Conducting parent-teacher interactions to discuss student performance is also required. Organizing school events or cultural activities involving English language themes may be assigned occasionally.
To qualify, candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. A graduate background in English or related field is preferred. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in schools, is essential. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, prior certification would be an advantage.
