Responsibilities
Deliver engaging Hindi lessons to classes from primary to middle levels, following the school curriculum and board guidelines. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and assessments that cater to diverse learning abilities. Conduct regular remedial sessions and participate in co‑curricular activities that promote Hindi language appreciation.
Key Duties
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages speaking, reading and writing in Hindi.
- Evaluate student progress through quizzes, oral tests and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with senior faculty for interdisciplinary initiatives and school events.
- Maintain accurate attendance and academic records as per school policy.
Qualifications
Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared TET or CTET. Minimum three years of teaching experience in Hindi at school level is required.
Experience
At least 3 years of proven experience handling Hindi classes in a school setting, with a track record of improving student outcomes.
Salary
Rs.17,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, payable as per school norms.
