Drive board result improvement through focused revision cycles, mock tests, and parent engagement sessions. Prepare analytical reports on student performance trends for the school leadership.
Lead the Zoology lab operations, ensuring availability of preserved specimens, microscopes, and updated charts. Oversee procurement of low-cost teaching aids within the school’s annual budget.
Organize inter-house Zoology quizzes, chart-making competitions, and field trips to local wildlife sites such as Dachigam or Hokersar. Document student participation for internal assessment portfolios.

Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Zoology or Life Sciences with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university. B.Ed degree is mandatory; D.El.Ed will not be considered for this senior position.
Minimum three years of full-time teaching experience as a PGT Zoology Teacher in a senior secondary school. Prior experience in Jammu And Kashmir or similar mountainous regions is preferred.
CTET or TET certification is welcome but not compulsory for this role. Familiarity with CBSE and JKBOSE syllabi for Zoology is essential.
