The ideal candidate holds a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least three years of teaching experience in Art And Craft. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. A strong background in visual arts, craft techniques, and classroom management is essential. Knowledge of Jammu And Kashmir’s cultural art forms would be an added advantage.
