Role Summary
Rp Nagbal Higher Sec. School, situated in the heart of Srinagar North, seeks an experienced TGT Physical Education Teacher to join its faculty. As a TGT Physical Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students, imparting valuable life skills, and fostering a culture of physical fitness and well-being in the student community of Srinagar.

Your Students
You will be responsible for teaching Physical Education to students of classes 6-10, promoting physical activity, and encouraging students to participate in various sports and games. Your dedication and enthusiasm will inspire students to develop a lifelong passion for physical fitness and healthy living.

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and implement Physical Education lesson plans, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging curriculum.
2. Conduct sports and games period, promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play.
3. Develop and implement assessment and evaluation methods to measure student progress.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging students to participate and engage.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop a cohesive Physical Education program.
6. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, adhering to school safety protocols.
7. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient teaching experience.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or equivalent.
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed with a specialization in Physical Education.
- TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as a TGT Physical Education Teacher.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Physical Education curriculum and pedagogy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and develop a cohesive Physical Education program.
