Rp Nagbal Higher Sec. School, located in the heart of Srinagar North, Srinagar, Jammu And Kashmir, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced TGT Science Teacher to join its faculty immediately.
What You Will Do
- Plan, deliver, and assess science lessons to students from classes 6 to 12.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans, syllabi, and assessments that meet the needs of students.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide science programs.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies.
- Engage with parents and guardians to communicate student progress.
Required Qualifications
- A post-graduate degree in Science (B.Ed./D.El.Ed. with Science as a subject) from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching science at the secondary level.
- Proficiency in teaching Science to students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.50,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, paid leave, and opportunities for professional growth.
