Sunrise Public School | Bokaro is looking for a dedicated PGT Political Science teacher to join the faculty in Chas, Bokaro. The position is full‑time and requires a minimum of 4 years of teaching experience.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Political Science lessons for classes 11 and 12, aligning with the state curriculum and assessment standards.
Prepare and update teaching materials, including worksheets, presentations, and assessment tools, to support diverse learning styles.
Mentor and guide students in exam preparation, project work, and extracurricular activities related to political studies.
Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development discussions, and school events to contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements
Post‑graduate degree in Political Science or related field.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification mandatory; TET/CTET preferred but not required.
At least 4 years of teaching experience at the PGT level, with a proven record of student success.
Strong communication skills, ability to inspire critical thinking, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Compensation
Salary range of Rs.40,000 – Rs.50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
