Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor junior staff members to improve their teaching skills and academic performance.

- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and progress.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and training programs to enhance teaching skills.

- Ensure that all teaching and non-teaching staff members adhere to school regulations and policies.
- Participate in school improvement initiatives to enhance the overall academic environment.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students and improve academic performance.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a reputable school is required. Preference will be given to candidates who possess a NET or SET qualification.
