Daily Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging physics lessons tailored to students’ varying comprehension levels. Prepare lesson plans that incorporate real-world applications and interactive experiments to enhance learning. Monitor student progress and provide immediate feedback to address any difficulties. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment while ensuring safety standards are met.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Collaborate with the physics department to align teaching methods with school curriculum guidelines. Participate in regular teacher meetings to discuss lesson strategies and student performance trends. Assess students’ understanding through quizzes, projects, and practical demonstrations. Stay updated on new physics research and educational technologies to improve teaching effectiveness.
Periodic Responsibilities
Conduct periodic parent-teacher interactions to discuss student progress and areas needing improvement. Organize physics-related extracurricular activities, such as science fairs or workshops, to encourage student interest. Review and update teaching resources, including textbooks and lab equipment, to ensure relevance and quality.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Physics with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Four years of teaching experience in physics or a related subject is mandatory. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
Salary and Location
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary of Rs.25,000 to Rs.40,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This position is based in Chas, Bokaro, Jharkhand, with full-time employment.
