- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a comprehensive English curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
- Engage with parents through regular progress reports, parent-teacher meetings, and community events.
- Participate in school events and activities that promote English language and literature, such as literary festivals and book fairs.
- Develop relationships with local community members and organizations to provide students with opportunities for experiential learning.
- Use technology to enhance English language learning, such as online resources and educational apps.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting lesson plans as needed to ensure students meet their full potential.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification in English or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature, with the ability to teach students of various age groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
