About This Role
D.m. Public School invites applications for the position of TGT Physics Teacher in Dhanbad. The role is designed for a postgraduate candidate with three years of teaching experience in Physics. This is a full-time position based in Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
What You Will Do
Plan daily lesson plans aligned with CBSE Physics syllabus for classes 9 and 10.
Conduct demonstrations and experiments to explain concepts like mechanics, electricity, and optics.
Assess students through unit tests, term exams, and practical assessments.
Prepare students for competitive exams and Olympiads at the school level.
Maintain classroom discipline and foster an interactive learning environment.
Organize science exhibitions and quiz competitions in the school.
Collaborate with other science teachers to improve curriculum delivery.
Provide remedial classes for students needing extra support in Physics.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Physics with minimum 50% marks.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
Three years of full-time teaching experience in Physics at secondary level.
Good to Have
CTET or TET qualified candidates will be preferred.
Experience in CBSE-affiliated schools in Jharkhand.
Familiarity with smart classroom tools and digital content.
