Job Description
Responsibilities
Teaching
Deliver engaging Hindi lessons to classes in accordance with the curriculum and school standards.
Use varied teaching aids and technology to enhance student learning.
Planning
Prepare lesson plans, teaching resources and classroom activities that align with learning objectives.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate cross‑disciplinary projects where appropriate.
Assessment
Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to gauge student progress.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
Student Support
Identify students needing additional help and offer remedial sessions.
Maintain a supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and respect.
Coordination
Participate in school meetings and contribute ideas for curriculum development.
Assist in organising school events that promote Hindi language and culture.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed required for teaching positions.
TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
Salary
Rs.18,000 – Rs.25,000 per month.
Location
