4. Collaborate with colleagues to plan extracurricular activities, sports events, and other educational programs.
5. Supervise students during Physical Education classes, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
6. Develop and maintain a safe and equipment-friendly Physical Education facility.
7. Communicate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders about student progress and program developments.
8. Stay updated on best practices in Physical Education, incorporating new techniques and strategies into teaching.
9. Contribute to the development of a positive school culture, promoting values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or related field (B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed)
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- TET or CTET certification (desirable but not essential)
Good to Have:
- Experience teaching Physical Education in a school setting
- Knowledge of local sports and cultural practices
- Familiarity with curriculum requirements for Physical Education in Jharkhand
