Organize monthly Physics exhibitions or model-making competitions to encourage peer learning and creativity.
Set and evaluate weekly assignments, conduct surprise quizzes, and provide timely feedback to students.
Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate STEM activities and promote interdisciplinary learning.
Maintain accurate attendance records and submit progress reports to the school coordinator every fortnight.
Participate in PTMs, school events, and staff meetings to align teaching goals with institutional objectives.
Who Can Apply
Postgraduate in Physics with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed completed from an NCTE-recognized institution.
At least 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school environment.
Familiarity with CBSE or state board curriculum is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Ability to explain complex formulas through stories or analogies that resonate with East Singhbhum students.
Skill in designing low-cost experiments using household items for better conceptual clarity.
