To qualify, the candidate must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, with a strong background in English language teaching. A graduate degree in English, literature, or a related field is essential. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in English or a similar subject, will be highly beneficial.
