Birla Open Minds International School Garhwa is seeking a dedicated PRT English Teacher to join its vibrant Nagaruntari campus in Garhwa. This role offers a chance to shape young minds with a focus on English language and literature, aligning with the school’s commitment to holistic education.
The PRT English Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging English language instruction across various grades. Daily lesson planning will include grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and creative writing exercises tailored to students’ developmental stages. Classroom management will involve creating an inclusive environment where diverse learning needs are addressed through differentiated instruction. Regular student assessments will ensure progress tracking, with feedback provided in a constructive and encouraging manner. Collaborating with the English department will involve participating in curriculum development, resource sharing, and aligning teaching methods with the school’s academic standards. Assisting in extracurricular activities like debates, poetry recitals, and literary clubs will enhance students’ confidence and cultural exposure. Maintaining parent-teacher interactions will involve reporting student achievements and addressing concerns promptly, fostering strong home-school partnerships.
To qualify, the candidate must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, with a strong background in English language teaching. A graduate degree in English, literature, or a related field is essential. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in English or a similar subject, will be highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion for language education and a commitment to nurturing young learners with patience and creativity.
This PRT English Teacher position offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.20,000, along with the opportunity to work in Nagaruntari, Garhwa, within Birla Open Minds International School Garhwa.
