* Lead and participate in school events, such as Mathematics fairs and competitions, to promote student engagement and interest in Mathematics
* Conduct regular observations and provide constructive feedback to colleagues to support their professional growth and development
* Stay updated on the latest developments and research in Mathematics education and implement best practices in the classroom
Required Qualifications
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Mathematics
* NET or SET in Mathematics (preferably)
* Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and students
* Ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on collaboration and professional growth
