Your Students
At Disha Public School Godda Jharkhand, you will be working with students of different learning levels, from those who need extra support to those who are excelling in their Business Studies studies. Our inclusive classroom environment fosters a sense of belonging and encourages students to ask questions, think critically, and develop their skills in Business Studies.

Day-to-Day Duties
- Prepare and deliver lessons in Business Studies for classes 11 and 12, ensuring that the curriculum is covered in a clear and engaging manner.
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction to cater to the diverse needs of students in the classroom.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver integrated lessons that promote interdisciplinary learning.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Business Studies and incorporate relevant examples and case studies into the curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate with parents about student progress.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and promotes social responsibility.

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification is mandatory for teaching positions.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not essential.
- 4 years of experience in teaching Business Studies at the senior secondary level.
